OWL EYE® systems are installed, commissioned and serviced through a network of regional partners. Each partner brings deep local industry knowledge and is your direct point of contact in their region — backed by Sachtleben engineering from Germany.

How the partnership works

Sachtleben builds the system — your local partner runs it with you.

Sachtleben Technology develops and manufactures the OWL EYE® hardware and software, calibrates new sensor configurations, and provides 2nd-level engineering support. We also operate every OWL EYE® generation in our own active mining and processing operations before it ships — so what reaches the field has been hardened in real industrial use.

Regional partners are your local face on every project: site survey, sensor planning, installation, commissioning, training, first-level service, and ongoing relationship. They know the local industry, the local PLC ecosystems, the local certification regime, and they are reachable in your time zone.

Protected territories

Each partner has a defined geographic territory. Within it, all customer leads from Sachtleben — direct enquiries, conference contacts, online — go through them. We don't compete with our partners.

Engineering, not just sales

Our partners get the same internal engineering documentation we use ourselves. New firmware, new sensor configurations, calibration procedures — shared in real time. They're not selling a black box.

Honest commercials

Transparent margin structure, no marketing-fee gimmicks, no minimum-volume penalties. Partners earn on every system they install, including service revenue. We make money when they do.
